About me

Motherhood and parenthood are a unique journey—filled with love and joy, but also moments of uncertainty, difficult emotions, and sometimes the experience of loss. I know this not only as a perinatal psychologist, but also as a mother. I have one wonderful child here on earth, and three who passed before I could meet them. These experiences taught me that every parenthood story is unique, and the path to parenthood can be full of challenges. In such moments, no one should be alone.

As a perinatal psychologist, I support individuals at every stage of this journey—whether you are planning for a child, pregnant, experiencing a difficult birth, navigating the postpartum period, or coping with miscarriage. I also help fathers and partners, who often remain in the background, yet face their own intense emotions and uncertainty. Parenthood is not just a woman’s experience—it’s a shared journey that brings challenges for the whole family.

I completed a five-year Master’s degree in Psychology at the Jagiellonian University and a six-month training in perinatal psychology. I continuously attend courses to improve my competencies. I work in the University Clinical Center in Katowice, where I provide psychological support, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to patients and their loved ones in the gynecology and obstetrics ward.

I work in both Polish and English. Having been close to expatriate communities in Poland for years, I understand how challenging the perinatal period can be far from home. I support individuals living in Poland and Polish citizens abroad.

Consultations take place online—no matter where you are, you can count on my support.
